Do you charge for travel time?

For clients in our primary service area (Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby), we do not charge travel time for scheduled visits. For emergency call-outs or further distances, a travel fee may apply, which we will always quote upfront.

Our standard support hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We also offer support on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Sundays are by appointment only.
