About

Cybersecurity support built for the way local businesses actually work.

I started learning technology and helping people with security problems at 15. After years of helping friends and family recover accounts, make safer choices, and solve difficult technology problems, I created Jeyki Security to make that help available across the local community.

Today, Jeyki Security brings more than five years of hands-on cybersecurity experience and enterprise deployment experience to business incidents, identity and email exposure, payment-fraud resilience, and safe AI adoption.

Small businesses rarely have the time or budget for a full-time security team. The work starts with the controls that matter most, then expands into implementation or ongoing support only when it helps.

Where the work focuses
  • Hacked account and device recovery for individuals
  • Personal and family security setup, including scam awareness
  • Small business security audits and Microsoft 365 hardening
  • Safe AI adoption and defense against AI-enabled threats
Security should reduce uncertainty, protect the work that matters, and leave you with a stronger starting point than you had before.
How the work happens

What working together looks like

01

Flat, scoped pricing

You see the price before we start. No open meter during a stressful event.

02

Risk before complexity

The work starts with what actually reduces risk first, not cosmetic checklist activity.

03

Actionable findings

You receive prioritized findings, the changes made, and practical next steps you can keep using.

04

Honest about limits

No unrealistic 24/7 promises, and no claims to recover money sent to scammers.

05

A written deliverable every time

Every engagement ends with a summary or cheat sheet you keep.

06

Right-sized support

Start with the minimum controls that matter, then add implementation or ongoing support only when it is useful.

Service model

A middle ground between doing nothing and hiring a full-time security team

Most small businesses need a sensible baseline before they need a large security program. Jeyki Security helps establish that baseline, address immediate risks, and add deeper work only when the situation calls for it.

  1. 01

    Assess the situation

The first call is about understanding what happened, what is at risk, and whether the engagement is the right fit.

  2. 02

    Build the right baseline

Address the identity, email, device, backup, and payment controls that reduce the most meaningful risk.

  3. 03

    Add support when it helps

Use remediation, safe AI adoption, or ongoing check-ins when the business needs more than a baseline.

Frequently asked questions

Have a question about working together?

Straight answers about client relationships, pricing limits, and security boundaries.

Will I deal with a salesperson?

No. The process is built around direct, practical communication from intake to final handoff, with no call centre script or sales runaround.

What if my account can't be recovered?

If a hacked account is permanently gone after assessment, you do not pay the full recovery fee. You only pay the $99 assessment fee instead of the full $249 recovery price.

Are you available 24/7?

No. Jeyki Security operates within normal business hours and targets a response within 1 business day. True 24/7 monitoring requires a specialized corporate retainer.

I came in after one device was compromised and left with a clear list of what was exposed, what mattered most, and what to fix first, without disrupting day-to-day operations.

Jeyki reached out after spotting a DNS issue affecting our email setup and helped us fix it before it turned into a bigger problem. The work was clear, proactive, and gave us much more confidence in the way our email services are secured now.
