• A handover note recording what changed, when, and why — for your records or your next provider.

   Agreed changes are made in stages, accounting for licensing dependencies and the risk of disrupting active work.

   Each change is verified after it is made, and the full set of changes is documented in a handover you keep.

Boundaries & prerequisites

• This is a review and hardening engagement, not a managed IT helpdesk — day-to-day support is out of scope.
• Some changes depend on your current Microsoft 365 licensing tier; where a control requires a higher tier, that is flagged rather than assumed.
• Changes that would break a specific, legitimate business workflow are raised with you before being made.
