How the engagement works

   Assess the situation

   We establish what changed, what access remains, and whether the account is more likely hacked, locked, disabled, or affected by a separate email compromise.

   Prepare the recovery case

   We organize the information the provider is likely to need and follow its official recovery and identity-verification steps with you.

3. 03

   Secure the account if it returns

   If the provider restores access, we help you remove unfamiliar sessions or recovery details where available, set up stronger sign-in protection, and document the result.

Boundaries & prerequisites

• Recovery is not guaranteed: the account provider makes the access decision, and some deleted or permanently disabled accounts cannot be restored.
• We use only legitimate, provider-supported recovery methods. We cannot bypass passwords, multi-factor authentication, identity checks, platform decisions, or another person's account access.
• The $99 assessment is due whether or not recovery succeeds. The additional $250 is charged only when your account is recovered and you are back in control of it.
