Nothing recurring and no software to buy. ## Family cyber safety setup C$249 A thorough setup for a household: key accounts, phones, a recovery plan and scam practice. [Book a call about this](https://jeyki.ca/contact?service=family-setup) Length and format About 2.5 hours, which can be split into two visits. In-home is preferred. Before You fill in an intake form listing the people, phones, email accounts and banks involved, and any past scams. I send a checklist so devices are charged and passwords are to hand. During - Strengthen email, Apple or Google, banking and social accounts with strong passwords, a password manager and two-step verification. - Phone settings: updates, lock screen, spam filtering, app permissions and Find My. - A recovery plan: recovery contacts, backup codes and a written recovery record that you keep. I never keep a copy. - A review of recent sign-ins and connected devices on key accounts. - Scam practice and a family safe word. After I send a written household security plan within 48 hours. Scam checks included For 90 days after your setup you can email me up to 3 suspicious messages or screenshots. I reply within one business day, Monday to Friday, with a verdict, the reason in plain language and what to do next. ## Senior scam defence session C$149 A relaxed session for older adults on the scams going around right now, and how to handle them when one reaches you. Before You fill in a short intake form covering the devices you use, your banks, any recent suspicious messages and your main worries. During - I walk through current scams using real examples. - We role-play the calls and texts you are most likely to get. - I set up a family safe word for voice-clone calls. - I turn on spam call and text filtering. After I email you a one-page personal scam rules sheet within 24 hours. ## Digital recovery kit C$149 We work through your recovery plan together, check your account recovery methods and practise what to do. During - We go through the kit together and you fill it in by hand. - We check that recovery contacts and recovery methods on your key accounts are current. - We practise the steps for a lost phone and for a locked account. After The kit stays with you. I never keep passwords, codes or a copy of what you write. ## Personal account security review C$179 A careful look at your email, Apple or Google, banking and social accounts, with a written report of what to fix first. Before You fill in a short intake form listing the accounts and devices you want reviewed. You type your own passwords during the session. During - We go through a checklist on your key accounts together: sign-ins, connected devices, forwarding rules, recovery settings and two-step verification. - I explain each finding in plain language as we go. After I send a written report within 48 hours with each finding rated by how urgent it is. Not for Employer devices, business accounts and company systems are out of scope, and I don't investigate other people. ## Post-scam cyber cleanup C$179 Practical clean-up after a scam got through: secure the devices and accounts, then a clear list of who to notify. Before You fill in a short intake: what happened, when, what was shared, and which devices and accounts are involved. During - Remove remote access apps and unknown profiles. - Change passwords and sign out other sessions on affected accounts, starting with email. - Turn on two-step verification and check recovery settings. - Check for forwarding rules, new devices and unfamiliar sign-ins. After I send a written notification list: your bank, the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, a police report if needed, and Equifax and TransUnion for a fraud alert. Boundaries I don't recover money, contact scammers or investigate who did it. If a bank or police investigation is underway, I secure devices only. Talks are education only: no one-to-one help with accounts or devices. ## Add-ons for existing clients Once I've worked with you, you can add any of these for C$99 each, three in all. They're only for existing clients. - Recovery kit refresh For a new phone or new accounts. C$99 - Account security review for another family member The same review, for one more person. C$99 - Safe AI setup ChatGPT or Claude for a parent: privacy settings and how to use it to double-check messages. C$99 ## Rules that apply to every service Personal use only I don't work on employer devices, business accounts or company systems, and I don't investigate other people. Your passwords stay yours You type your own passwords. I never store passwords, codes or recovery records. How I use AI I use an AI plan with training on your data turned off. Identifying details are removed first, and I review everything before it reaches you. No passwords, codes, account numbers or ID documents ever go into AI. Payment and rescheduling Sessions are paid at booking. Rescheduling is free with 24 hours' notice. Keeping your information I delete intake forms and notes 90 days after your last session, unless you ask me to keep them. What I don't do I don't recover money, contact scammers or promise that scams will stop. Banks, platforms and police handle those parts. > I use AI tools to help draft summaries and scam assessments.
