Jeyki Security for organizations

# AI that saves your team time without leaking your data.

I build AI workflows and set AI rules for nonprofits, small practices and small businesses. I work in security first, so every project starts with what data goes where, who can see it and what happens when the AI gets something wrong.

This section is for organizations. My personal and family services are separate and stay personal use only. [See personal services](https://jeyki.ca/services).

## Who I work with

### Nonprofits

If your team already uses AI for communications and fundraising, clear rules are a useful next step. I help you write those rules and automate the repetitive work safely.

### Small practices

Law, accounting, health and real estate offices hold information they have a duty to protect. I design AI workflows around those duties, with a person checking anything that leaves the office.

### Small businesses

If you're not sure AI is relevant to you, the review answers that honestly. Sometimes the best fix is a simple automation with no AI in it at all.

### Development teams

I build MCP servers, search over your own documents and AI agents, with the security review built in rather than added at the end.

## Four packages, each with one flat fee

Start with a review, put clear rules in place, or bring one workflow to build.

- [AI risk and readiness review](#ai-review)Find where AI is already used, what data goes into it, and which tasks are worth automating. C$595
- [AI use policy and staff session](#ai-policy)A plain-language AI policy, an approved tools list and a 60-minute session for your team. C$795
- [Workflow automation build](#workflow-build)One repetitive workflow, built, tested and handed over with a runbook. C$2,400
- [Custom AI build](#custom-build)MCP servers, document search and agents, scoped and priced in writing. From C$4,500

Registered charities and nonprofits get 15% off any package. If you book a build within 60 days of a review, the review fee comes off the build. [Read the project terms](https://jeyki.ca/terms#ai-work)

## How I work

### Data comes first

Before I build anything, I map what information the workflow touches. Client files, health details and personal information stay out of tools that haven't been approved for that use. Your privacy and professional obligations help set those boundaries.

### A person checks the output

Anything that reaches a client, a donor or a court is reviewed by someone on your team. I design the workflow around that check, not around skipping it.

### The price is settled first

Every project has one flat fee in Canadian dollars, agreed in writing before I start. Custom builds start at C$4,500 and receive their own fixed quote.

### You own what I build

You keep the accounts, the code, the prompts and a runbook. There's no monthly fee to me unless you ask for support. Third-party tools keep their own licence terms and charges.

## How a project runs

1. ### A free 20-minute call

You tell me the task that eats your week. I tell you honestly whether AI is the right fix.

2. ### A written scope

One page: what I'll build or review, which tools, the price and the date.

3. ### The work

I work in your accounts, test with made-up or de-identified records, and show you progress as I go.

4. ### Handover

A walkthrough with your team and a runbook in plain language. You keep control of the accounts and remove my access.

5. ### A 30-day check

I fix problems in the agreed build in the first 30 days after handover at no charge.

## AI risk and readiness review

C$595

Find out where AI is already used in your organization, what data goes into it, and which tasks are worth automating.

[Ask about this package](https://jeyki.ca/contact?topic=ai)

Length and format

About 4 hours across two video sessions, plus a written report within 5 business days.

Before

Your team fills in a short anonymous questionnaire on the AI tools they use and what they use them for. Honest answers are the point, so nobody is named.

During

- An interview with you and one or two staff about the work that takes the most time.
- A review of the AI tools in use and their settings: training on your data, sharing, history and retention.
- A map of the kinds of information your team handles and which tools it reaches.
- Quick fixes we agree to make on the spot, such as turning off training on your data.

After

A written report with your current AI use, the risks ranked by how much they matter, 3 to 5 workflows worth automating with rough effort and time saved, and my recommended next step. If AI is not a good fit, the report says so.

Not included

Building anything, legal advice, or a full security audit of your systems.

## AI use policy and staff session

C$795

A plain-language AI policy your team will actually read, an approved tools list and a 60-minute staff session.

[Ask about this package](https://jeyki.ca/contact?topic=ai)

Length and format

Policy drafted within 7 business days. The staff session is 60 minutes, in person in Metro Vancouver or by video.

Before

A 30-minute call on how your team works, what information you hold and any rules you already follow, including funders, regulators and professional bodies.

During

- A policy covering approved tools, information that never goes into AI, checking AI output, telling clients or donors when AI was used, and what to do when something goes wrong.
- A staff session with practical examples: spotting AI mistakes, safe and unsafe prompts, and AI-powered scams aimed at staff, such as a cloned voice of the director asking for a payment.

After

The policy as an editable document, a one-page summary for staff, and one round of revisions.

Not included

Legal review. If you're regulated, have your lawyer or professional body review the final policy.

## Workflow automation build

C$2,400

One repetitive workflow, built, tested and handed over with a runbook.

[Ask about this package](https://jeyki.ca/contact?topic=ai)

Length and format

Usually 2 to 3 weeks from the signed scope.

Examples

- Website enquiries sorted and drafted replies ready for review.
- Meeting notes turned into action items in your task tool.
- Grant or program reports drafted from your own data.
- Receipts and invoices sorted into your bookkeeping folders.

Before

A one-page scope: the workflow, its inputs and outputs, the tools, the review step and how we'll measure the time saved.

During

- I build in your accounts, with access you grant and can remove.
- I test with made-up or de-identified records, never live client files.
- Every workflow has a person-checks-it step before anything goes out, and a log of what ran.

After

A handover session with your team, a plain-language runbook, and 30 days of fixes to the agreed build at no charge.

Not included

Monthly tool subscriptions, which you pay directly. Extra workflows are separate builds.

## Custom AI build

From C$4,500

MCP servers, search over your own documents and AI agents, scoped and priced in writing.

[Ask about this package](https://jeyki.ca/contact?topic=ai)

Length and format

Scoped per project, usually 3 to 6 weeks.

Before

A discovery session and a written scope with a fixed price.

During

- A threat model before code: prompt injection, data leakage, permissions and what the AI can and can't touch.
- The build, with tests, in your repository.
- Deployment to your cloud account.

After

Code and documentation in your repository, a walkthrough for your developers, and 30 days of fixes to the agreed build.

Not included

Hosting and model usage costs. Ongoing maintenance unless quoted.

## Rules for every AI project

- Nothing starts without a written scope and price you've agreed to.
- I use accounts you create for me, with only the access the work needs. You remove them at handover.
- I never test with real client, patient or donor records.
- I don't build tools that monitor staff, scrape information about people, or produce deceptive content.
- Payment: Half is due when the scope is signed and the rest at handover. Reviews and policies are paid in full on delivery.

## Common questions

### Which AI tools do you use?

Whatever fits your data and budget. Usually business plans of mainstream tools with training on your data turned off, or automations that call an AI model only for the step that needs it. A business plan alone is not a privacy guarantee. The scope lists each tool, its monthly cost, retention settings and where it processes and stores data.

### Where is our data stored?

Some AI providers process data outside Canada. I list the relevant processing and storage locations so you can decide, and I choose Canadian-hosted options where they exist and fit. Hosting location alone does not establish compliance with your privacy or professional obligations.

### Do you keep any of our data?

I work inside your accounts and don't take a copy of your client datasets. I test with made-up or de-identified records. When the project ends, you remove my access. Enquiry emails and routine project correspondence are separate from that working data, so please don't send client files in your first message.

### Will this replace our staff?

That's not what I build for. Most projects remove copy-paste and first drafts so people spend their time on the work that needs them.

### What if AI isn't right for us?

Then the review says so, and you've spent C$595 instead of paying for a build you didn't need. Sometimes the best fix is a simple automation with no AI in it.

### Do you offer ongoing support?

The packages are one-time. If you want monthly support after handover, I'll quote it separately.

### Is there funding for this?

BDC currently offers AI and digital-adoption consulting and financing through LIFT. Its digital and AI stream is for eligible Canadian businesses with at least C$1 million in annual revenue and requires a BDC Advisory Services plan. This is financing, not a grant, and approval is not guaranteed. Check BDC’s current criteria and terms directly. [See BDC’s current LIFT criteria](https://www.bdc.ca/en/solutions/lift).

### Do you work outside Metro Vancouver?

Yes, most of this work happens remotely. Staff sessions can be in person in Metro Vancouver or by video anywhere.
