# I help ordinary people stay a step ahead of scams.

I'm Ashwin Charathsandran, the person behind Jeyki Security. When you book, you deal with me from the first email to the last written summary.

## Who I work with

I work with individuals and families in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia: people who keep getting strange calls and texts, adult children worried about an ageing parent, and anyone who has been caught out and wants to make sure it's over.

Scams are getting harder to spot, and AI voice clones are part of that. You shouldn't have to be a technical person to protect yourself, and asking for help shouldn't feel embarrassing.

## AI for organizations

I also help organizations use AI safely, with MCP servers, document search tools and AI workflows. I bring the same security-first habits to that work. It's a separate set of services with its own terms. [See AI for organizations](https://jeyki.ca/ai).

## How I work

-   ### You stay in control
    
    I explain what I'm doing before I do it, and I only change what you've agreed to. You type your own passwords and codes, and I never store them.
    
-   ### The price is settled first
    
    Every session has one flat fee in Canadian dollars, agreed up front. The services page says what each one includes and what it doesn't.
    
-   ### I put it in writing
    
    You leave with a plain written summary you can come back to, such as a one-page scam rules sheet or a household security plan.

## What I don't do

My personal services only cover personal devices and accounts, not workplace systems. I don't recover money, contact scammers or investigate who was behind a scam, and I can't promise a scam will never reach you again. Banks, platforms and police handle those parts, and I'll tell you who to contact.

I use AI tools to help draft summaries, with identifying details removed first, and I review everything myself before it reaches you. The [terms](https://jeyki.ca/terms) spell this out.
